1838 Agreement Between Thomas N. Niles and Samuel Stebbins , Walter Mead, Russel Stebbins, Charles Moulton, J.P. & Joseph & Co. David Lee, Marcena Munson, Stephen Secard, James Kent, Daniel Low and Samuel Stebbins are equally interested parties in the Purchase of 50 sections of land lying between the late chicksaw Cession State of Mississippi designated by deeds from said Niles to said Stebbins. Parties of the first part having confidence in the Indian titles aquired through said Niles.
